She was friendly, knowledgeable, and sincerely cared about helping me find the perfect engagement ring - unlike other places I visited, who only seemed to be pushing for a sale. I had a specific idea in mind, and the Herteen & Stocker team delivered down to the finest detail (and all within the price range I had established).
