  This is by far the worst Caseys ive ever been to *ONLY* because of the terrible employees. Every single time i come into the store the employees are all congregated and having loud conversations with each other. When im waiting at the register it always seems to take at least 20 seconds for someone to slowly make their way over (a whopping 10ft). Then they continue their conversations with each other, never even saying a word to me or making eye contact. It doesnt matter who is working as this is common practice. The only acknowledgment i ever get is from the security guard as im leaving. The employees were so rude today that i had to call a friend of mine to ask where something was located in the store because the employees couldnt be bothered to provide a tiny bit of actual customer service. I give a 1 star rating based on the customer service alone, which is a shame because the pizza i get from here frequently is always very good.
